My stay there was excellent. It was in a nice location. Very nice rooms, clean and quiet. When I woke up, they had free breakfast. Real breakfast. I had sausage and omelets with a Danish. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in town. Thank you.

Great rooms, recently updated. Love the smell of the shampoo z d body wash. Instant hot water. Great location. Comfy beds-lots of pillows!||Staff super friendly, make you feel like family. Was even able to get breakfast before I had to leave for work.

Check in out easy. Room was clean. Entire place was quiet which I appreciate. Breakfast was good. You can eat and leave satisfied. It's about 4 miles from Levi Stadium. We took a lift there. 20$ took about 15 mins then another 5-7 min walk. There's a paved hiking/bike trail that covers approximately 3 miles of the 4 miles from the hotel to stadium. We left walking for about 1.5 miles. Hit a brewery. Then lyfted back to hotel, about 17$. If you can find an electric scooter, it would be perfect to and from the stadium. If you can find a bike, they have FREE bike storage at the stadium. Great experience. I will stay here again.

You be the judge - bedbug or not a bedbug. The first image is taken from the internet, the second and third images are from my room at the motel. The front desk person (who looked at the bug in my room) and the manager (who looked at the pictures) both said that it was not a bedbug. My pest control company looked at the pictures and said that it was a bedbug. The staff was unconcerned, checked me out, and charged me for the night. I notified the City Health Department and they took my complaint. The room was subsequently occupied by another guest that night.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Like someone was smoking in the room for days or weeks before us. The towels even smelt like smoke. Cleanliness was a huge issue. Sheets were stained and bathroom not fully clean.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. My husband and I would stay at this hotel again. Santa Clara is a friendly little town. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants and other activities you wish to do.

Very clean and spacious room,loved that they had iron and ironing board in the room plus frig and microwave also,I would stay there again even though there are cheaper places. I give it 4 stars.
